Bennett’s Village is dedicated to making the world a more inclusive place for ALL to play. They are working to build a multigenerational, all abilities playground in Charlottesville and advocating to change the way our community sees inclusion.
I had the honor of working with this organization as part of my Fourth Year Capstone project in 2021. My team evaluated and recommended ground materials for the future playground and collected primary source data and accounts on inclusivity and accessibility in these spaces. I’m so thrilled to see this work continue and be able to support such an amazing organization!
