Pedal the Cause

Here we go again. 💛🚴‍♀️ Time to start fundraising for my 2026 Pedal the Cause ride.

I will always ride for my mom, my angel.

It’s been more than five years since we lost her to cancer, and there are still so many moments when I desperately wish she were here. I wish my kids had more time with their grandma. I wish I could call her. I wish we had gotten more years. And I know there are so many families who understand exactly what it feels like to wish for more time.

That’s why I keep riding.

But this year has another layer to it. WWT is riding for our own Jordan Hildebrand, who has been battling colon cancer and recently got to do something we were all incredibly happy to see: ring the bell at Siteman Cancer Center after finishing chemotherapy. 🔔💙

Losing my mom is why cancer research will always be personal to me. Watching someone we know and care about go through treatment is a reminder that this isn’t only about the people we’ve lost. It’s also about the people who are fighting right now, the people who will be diagnosed tomorrow, and giving all of them better odds and more time.

And that’s why I ask for your donations year after year: 100% of the money I raise through Pedal the Cause goes toward cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

So I’m back asking my people to help me do this again. ❤️ Every $10, $25, $50 or whatever you’re able to give gets me closer to my goal and puts more money directly into cancer research.
