Why I Ride

Hi everyone!

Once again, I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

I am participating in @PedaltheCause for my 12th consecutive year.  The event takes place on September 21st.  I've UPPED my game AGAIN this year!  I plan to complete the “Metric Century” ride with a distance of 62 miles - my longest EVER!  AND, I’ve upped my fundraising goal to at least $2,500!  I have confidence that my supporters will help me achieve my new "STRETCH" goal.  

 This year, I am riding in honor of all my friends and family affected by cancer.  No one deserves cancer!  I really wish we can find a cure!  

Please support my efforts by donating to my fundraiser, and give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will fund lifesaving cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital.  No amount is too small.

Check Donations- Please make the check payable to Pedal the Cause and mail the check to CIBC c/o Pedal the Cause 8410 Solutions Center Chicago, IL 60677-8004 with the fundraiser name in the memo line.

Stock donations and Donor-Advised Fund- When processing a DAF grant through a charitable giving account, search for the Pedal the Cause by tax ID (27-2233336). In the “notes” section, indicate the Pedal the Cause fundraiser you want to support.
