Every year our family participates in the DGC Run for Sight. Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments provided all of Lela's therapies and education from age 0-3yrs and continues to provide education and support as well as important interaction with blind peers and mentors through their Explorers and GRADS programs. Some of the fun events Lela has participated in this year include ice skating, park play dates, and a holiday party with accessible games and crafts. DGC also provides support to parents through education and advocacy assistance. DGC is an exceptional center which is the envy of many around the country as most children do not have access to these types of services in their state.

You can choose to attend the 2K walk/5K run in person on 4/15, participate in a virtual 2K or 5K event, or make a donation to Lela's team. Any new team member who registers to attend the in person event will receive a Lela's Groupies team t-shirt in addition to this year's race shirt.
