Liberty Faith Pabst

I am currently eleven years old. I have been a gymnast for four years. I have the honor of being a part of the GAGE Dragon Women's team in Blue Springs MO competing USAG Level 7
My goal is to be a part of team USA at the Olympics in 2028

I started gymnastics when I was eight years old. I was on the balance beam in a recreational class and one of the GAGE coaches asked me how long I had been doing gymnastics. When I told him it was my first day, he told me to have my mom talk to him. Fast forward a couple of months and I was competing in my first KC League competition with the Silver Dragons. I was living my best life. I was learning amazing skills making life long friendships and consistently placing at meets. At the end of the season, I attended my first GAGE Dragon Camp. This opened up a whole new world of possibilities for me. At the end of camp I was invited to be a part of the GAGE DRAGON WOMEN'S TEAM starting at level 4. I was so excited to work on all of the new skills I learned during camp.

One of my favorite things about gymnastics is to be able to show off my routines at competitions. When I train, I train like I am at a meet. I love that my coaches encourage me to try new skills, give me corrections to help me be the very best gymnast that I can be and genuinely care about me. There is no pressure to win, only to do my very best! When I have a "bad meet" (my judgement, not my coaches) I do not get into trouble from my coaches. I get encouragement and direction for the next meet and for when I am back in the gym. I am including this in my story because I want you to know that I am in a gym with coaches who have my best interest in their hearts. I am in a healthy atmosphere that allows me to take my gymnastics where I want it to go.

I have the privilege of being trained by some of the best coaches in the World and alongside some of the best gymnasts in the World.

I have three brothers and two sisters that are all my very best friends. Each of them are supportive of me and they all sacrifice for my training and competition schedule. I am currently in the gym five days a week for four hours each of those days. This is a year round schedule, I do not have an off-season.
ILOVE EVERY MINUTE I GET TO BE IN THE GYM OR IN COMPETITION!

Thank you for supporting my effort to get to the 2028 Olympics and helping me live out my dream of being a gymnast.
I can't wait to see how you do in the 5K, 1K and the challenges!
