I am raising money for Maine Needs & would love your support!
In March 2025, I suffered a complete rupture of my left achilles. Since then, I have not been able to run, jog, jump or do any sort of moderate physical activity. With this short term disability, many people in my life stepped up to help me in different ways—an example of the power of community. Now as I’m moving through recovery and into strengthening, I want to return the favor to the community by fundraising for Mainers AND overcoming a physical milestone I swore I’d never be able to do. I hope you’ll consider donating to the cause!
Maine Needs is a community-driven organization with over 6,000 volunteers that help support the work of 523 providers from 265 organizations across the state of Maine.
They support long time Maine families, newly arrived immigrant families, those fleeing domestic violence, those leaving incarceration, those in recovery, veterans, and those who are unhoused, newly housed or experiencing financial hardship.
I’ve supported Maine Needs when it was just a concept on instagram during the pandemic to volunteering in the first physical space to volunteering in the new building! We are doing incredible work for our community, and I hope you’ll get involved!
Essentials for all.
