This will be our fifth year participating in Inova’s StarKid fundraiser. 

Madison just celebrated her 4th birthday, and continues to make strides each and every day. She became a big sister this year! Despite continuing to be oxygen dependent, she is making great progress and it doesn’t hold her back in the slightest. She’s energetic, sassy, funny and unapologetically confident. We continue to be eternally grateful for the doctors, nurses, therapists and staff at Inova. 

The StarKid race is a fundraiser for Inova Children’s hospital, helping a different branch each year. Last year raised funds for the pediatric emergency department. This year’s funds help support the Joe Cassella Pediatric Patient and Family Support Fund!

The Joe Cassella Pediatric Patient and Family Support Fund provides financial assistance to families facing childhood illness or injury—covering needs such as medical bills, utilities, transportation, etc.

Your support helps make a lasting impact on pediatric care at Inova Children’s Hospital to children like Madison. Let’s continue the tradition and make this year’s event a success!
