Hello Friends!
My name is Mark Hargreaves - though in the runDisney community you may know me better as the charity spreadsheet guy.
This year, I will be running in the 2025 WALT DISNEY WORLD® Marathon Weekend in support of A Running Passion. I was drawn to this charity after reflecting on my own introduction to running and athletics in middle and high school; it was miserable, and made me think that I'd never be athletic, nor would I ever want to be. It's taken decades to realize that neither was true, and it's my sincere hope that the money I raise this year will connect someone to a passion that will improved their life - without the decades long break.
A Running Passion carries on the legacy of coach Will Fulford by enhancing the lives of young people involved in the sports of cross country and track and field through education, guidance, coaching, programming, and removing financial barriers associated with participation in those sports.
