The DONNA Foundation provides greatly needed hope, support and financial relief to those living with breast cancer.   I joined The DONNA board of directors many years ago in celebration of being cancer free, as I have a 3-generation history of breast cancer (my great-grandmother, grandmother, and mother).   I’m fortunate given my family history, but unfortunately, 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer, which means on average a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer every 2 minutes.  I'm racing to raise awareness with about breast cancer and the resources available through The DONNA Foundation, especially for those below the poverty line.  

Team Mary's Angels is in honor of my wonderful Mother, an incredible woman who survived breast cancer with many scars.  She loved her family dearly, and we miss her every day.  Please join me in the race against breast cancer in honor of my Mother and all the brave women who have or are battling breast cancer.  Thank you!

Please follow these steps to apply an offline gift, such as cash or check, to your personal or team fundraising page: 

  1. Email donor and gift details to fundraising@thedonnafoundation.org. Include the donor's first name, last name, gift amount, email address and where to apply the gift (to your individual fundraising page or team fundraising page). If a company makes a gift, please include the company name.
  2. Mail the gift to The DONNA Foundation with your name and contact information. It's important to identify your fundraiser name or team name to ensure your fundraiser is credited properly.
  3. Using the details above, The DONNA Foundation will apply the offline gift to your fundraiser. Please allow ten (10) business days to apply the funds.
    Tip: encourage donors to contribute to your personal or team peer to peer fundraising page. If a donor accidentally makes a gift to The DONNA Foundation through another Foundation donation page on your behalf, ask the donor to send gift confirmation details to fundraising@thedonnafoundation.org.
