We believe trail running is for everyone, and we invite you to join the Medved community for a weekend of camaraderie, wellness, and growth in a supportive, fun, and educational environment. We are excited to be teaming up with Hoka for this event.

 
🗓️ WEEKEND SCHEDULE
Choose to join us for the Full Weekend or select a Single Day  during registration.

Saturday, April 11th: Fuel Your Run
8:00 AM: Guided Trail Run (All levels welcome!)
HOKA Demo: Test drive the latest Challenger or Speedgoat models.
Post-Run: Snacks and Q&A session.
Learning Module: Nutrition with Natalie. Master the art of fueling for the trails, managing energy levels, and recovery nutrition.
Sunday, April 12th: Strength & Mobility
8:00 AM: Guided Trail Run & HOKA Demo.
Post-Run: Snacks and Q&A session.
Learning Module: Strength & Mobility with Dr. Mitch Long from Rove Chiropractic. Focused sessions on trail-specific mobility, balance, and injury prevention.

Our clinic is designed to break down the barriers of off-road running. Key themes include:

Trail Gear 101: Finding the perfect footwear and hydration solutions.
Natural Protection: How to guard against insects and irritating plants.
Etiquette & Navigation: Understanding trail markings and "Leave No Trace" principles.
Mastering Technical Terrain: Tips for navigating roots, rocks, and mud with ease.
Safety First: Best practices for solo and group trail exploration.

Stewart Lodge at Mendon Ponds Park Ample parking is available directly at the lodge. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get fitted for demo shoes!
