Running and walking outside has provided me and many others the strength to put one foot in front of the other.

Help support Still I Run (www.stillirun.org) as I prepare to run in the Great Smoky Mountains Half event!

I've committed to raise money to support Still I Run by registering as a Charity Bib for this event. 

I am inspired by this cause because one beautiful and mindful practice I have stuck with is to get outside and walk/run during the good and the dark times.  Thank you!!
