This year, I’ve decided to run the Nationwide Children’s Hospital Half Marathon as part of the Strong Like Katlyn Team— not just for the challenge, but for a cause that deeply matters.
Every mile I run will be in honor of the incredible kids and families cared for by Nationwide Children’s Hospital. These children are facing battles that no one should ever have to fight — with courage, strength, and the support of some of the most compassionate caretakers in the world.
This hospital is more than a place of healing. It’s a place of hope. The doctors, nurses, therapists, and staff walk alongside these families every single day, offering not just medical care, but comfort and love.
