As many of you know I injured my back about a year ago. The recovery has been long and hard. Not being able to be in the gym to have something to train for has put me in a pretty dark place. I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. one thing i can do is ride a bike! So what a been way to motivate myself and have something to train for then a race for a cause! I just started riding a bike about 2 weeks ago and I'm super excited for this to be my new training!
