Welcome to the Galesburg Diesel Shop & Family Team fundraising page!

     In order to promote healthy living, team building, and community service members of the Galesburg Diesel Shop family are running, walking, or crawling either a 4-hour or 8-hour timed race sponsored by the Ornery Mule Racing team at the scenic Chestnut Mountain Resort located in Galena, Illinois.  Many of our members have strong ties to the military and this race gives us an opportunity to give back to those who have given so much already.

Our Team is open to any and all members of the Galesburg Diesel Shop Family to include both scheduled and non-scheduled employees who wish to participate.  Financially our target is to raise $5,000 dollars for wounded Marines and their families.  However, by working together, encouraging one another, and discovering a way to push past physical /mental hardship we hope to emulate the ethos of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.  Values that embody the professionalism of our military and the perseverance of their families.
