Mr. Paul Mullings, a vibrant 34-year-old father of three young children (ages 7, 6, and 4), is currently facing an unimaginable challenge. Recently diagnosed with stage 4 T-cell leukemia-lymphoma, Mr. Mullings is unable to work due to severe fatigue, nausea, and pain from his treatment. The burden of his illness not only affects him but also the well-being of his beloved family.
The cost of his treatment is staggering. Every 21 days, the necessary medication and chemotherapy amount to over JMD$280,000, a sum that is unmanageable without his income. Additionally, Mr. Mullings has to undergo three CT scans over the next six months, each costing around JMD$110,000. This financial strain has left the Mullings family in urgent need of assistance.
The Mullings’ Children
Beyond his medical expenses, this situation makes it increasingly difficult for Mr. Mullings to provide for his children's needs, especially with school just around the corner. We are contacting you to ask for your support in ensuring the Mullings children have the resources they need to thrive during this challenging time.
If you would like to offer your support, whether through financial donations or material assistance for the children, please visit our website and let us know. OVeC is committed to helping Mr. Mullings and his family through this difficult period.
