Epic adventure with jaw-dropping views, traversing mountains passes and rivers through the unspoiled land from Anchorage to Nome. (1,000 miles)

The Garden Route, South Africa

The ultimate run/walk with incredible coastal vistas, world-class beaches and jagged cliffs that are only found in movies! (186 miles)

Pacific to Atlantic, U.S.

The ride of a lifetime with majestic scenery from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Empire State Building, near the harbor’s edge. (2,874 miles)

Experience the stunning passage from the tallest structure in Paris, the Eiffel Tower, to the Matterhorn on the doorstep of Italy. (450 miles)

The Straight of Florida

Start in Havana and brace for an epic swim with beautiful coral reef (but watch for sharks and jellyfish!) to Key West beach in Florida. (100 miles)

Introducing the PARCA Remarkable Challenge

August 28 – December 31

Take an epic bike ride across America. Swim open waters to a distant shore. Walk or run the iconic Iditarod Trail. Create a unique fitness challenge for yourself or your family. It’s unlimited! What better way to tackle ho-hum fitness routines than to plunge yourself into a new adventure? Along the way you’ll give PARCA vital support needed now more than ever. Now that’s remarkable.

Partners & Advocates for Remarkable Children & Adults (PARCA) has been enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities in the greater San Francisco Bay Area since 1952. Our clients know about challenges and the personal cost of overcoming huge obstacles each day.They appreciate what you do and cheer on the results. This year will be no different.

Our Goal

Contribute to a special needs fund for PARCA clients and families who are out of work, short on food, and/or cannot afford childcare.

Support special services for children and adults who require extra help coping with COVID-19.
