Join me as I "MOVE FOR MOSAIC" and raise money for mental health!
Each year, Mosaic Mental Health serves nearly 2,000 individuals who struggle with mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD and substance use disorders.
To support the vital work that Mosaic is doing in the community, I have decided to "Move for Mosaic" in its 16th Annual 5K.
Please join me to run or walk on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 9am in Van Cortlandt Park, Bronx, NY at the Tortoise & Hare Statue. All funds raised will go directly towards Mosaic's goal of helping every mind in need.
