The fastest point-to-point 2.4 mile swim on the east coast. This has always been a 'rite of passage' for local swimmers "in the know," and now we've made it official!


Swimmers will swim around the southernmost point of New Jersey WITH THE CURRENT!

Join us in Victorian Cape May for an instant classic!

What can swimmers expect at this event?

  • SAFE. The Cape May Beach Patrol has you covered.

  • FAST. Swim WITH THE CURRENT and record your fastest 2.4mi swim ever!

  • UNIQUE. There is nothing quite like swimming the shore line of Historic Cape May

  • SWAG. Entry includes timed race, swim cap, NEW swag item, and FINISHER MEDAL!

The ETC has become one of the most important summer events in Southern New Jersey and a “bucket list” event for triathletes and swimmers, attracting participants from all around the USA to Cape May, NJ.
