Mountain Bike 3 miles, Kayak 2 miles, Trail Run 1 mile. The race will start at the front of the park with the bike section which will end in the back parking lot. Leave your bike and make your way to the river. (kayaks need to be left at the water prior to race start) Once you reach the water put your kayak in the river and paddle up 1 mile and make a U-turn after the buoy. Make your way back to the put in and return your kayak to it's waiting area. Head back up the hill and begin the trail run that will finish back at the front of the park. All participants will receive a t-shirt and refreshments. Please join us after the race at Jay's Sushi and Burger Bar for food and drinks.
