The 4th Annual Central Florida Heroes 5K will be held at the Tom Fellows Community Center in Davenport.
This promises to be a fun event that you can enjoy with your friends and family.
The Central Florida Heroes 5K will begin at 7:30 am with much pomp-and-circumstance as we celebrate the heroes among us.
We will honor veterans, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and healthcare professionals as we gather on Veterans Day Weekend.
Bring your family and friends and help us celebrate.
All participants will receive a tri-blend t-shirt (shirts and sizes are guaranteed if pre-registered before October 15, 2024), custom bib, finisher medal and giveaways from participating vendors. We also invite you to stop and visit with our race sponsors before and after your run and enjoy a pancake breakfast while you are waiting for the awards ceremony to begin.
PARKING: Please arrive before 7:00am to avoid traffic around road closures. Some roads around the Tom Fellow's Community Center, including State Street and North Blvd W from North Cir Kingham Rd will be closed at 7:00am in preparation. Please plan accordingly!

Age Groups and Awards
This is a chip timed race. Your time starts when your chip crosses the starting line and finishes when your chip crosses the finish line. Please wear your bib on the outside front torso (Not on the side or back). Please check your time after you finish the race by entering your bib number to make sure your time has been recorded, and you are in the right gender and age group. Results will be finalized approx. 10 min after the last participant crosses the line for the awards presentation. If you have an issue with your time, gender or age group, please see the timer tent close to the finish line.
All Finishers will receive a finisher award.
Overall and Age Group Awards will be presented as follows: (but not necessarily in this order)
- Top Overall Male and Female
- Top Masters (40 & Up) Overall Male and Female
- Top Grand Masters (50 & Up) Overall Male and Female
- Top three in each age group Male and Female in the following age groups
(9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+)
