Our Event Takes Off This June
Race Date: Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 8:00 AM
Join us for a 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk and Kids Dash on the main runway and taxiways at Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling, Illinois. The 5K course is USATF Certified, and chip timed. Hang out after your event for podium awards, music, food, giveaways and kids activities. Plus keep an eye out for princess and superhero guest appearances through the morning!
Strollers and wagons are welcome. No pets are allowed.
In case of inclement weather, a cancellation call will be made by 8:30AM on event day. This is a fundraising event with proceeds benefiting local aviation scholarships. As a result, no refunds will be issued, and the event will not be rescheduled.

From Milwaukee Ave, turn onto Frontage Rd and drive until the street dead-ends. Parking is available outside our office. Enter through the door with the green awning.
