One Life To Live Four Legged Friends 5K Run/1Mile Walk

One Life To Live Pet Rescue And Adoption is a non-profit animal rescue from Scranton, Pa. The rescue relies on donations and volunteer foster homes to operate and this 5K race is a major fundraising event for the rescue. All proceeds will go toward the costs of operation for the rescue. All ages are welcome to walk but will not be timed. Runners will be timed and must be at least 10 years old. Any children under the age of 10 can participate in the walk for free. Dogs are welcome at the race but must be leashed and up to date on all vaccinations. Water, Gatorade and snacks will be supplied as well as a t-shirt to all participants. T-shirts will be available for sale on the day of the race as well ($5 for children, $15 for adult.) 1st male, 1st female and 1st finisher running with a dog will receieve prizes. A basket raffle will take place after the race as well as a demonstration by the Scranton Police K9 unit.
