Equality Health Center has been a trusted provider of reproductive, sexual, gender-affirming, and behavioral health care since 1974. We provide compassionate, affirming care that empowers individuals to honor their physical autonomy, while building community through inclusive education and advocacy for equal human rights.
Since 2015, we have proudly served the LGBTQIA+ community by delivering affirming, individualized care designed to meet people where they are. Our services include gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP and HIV prevention, STI testing and treatment, gender-specific and affirming behavioral health care, and trauma-informed gynecological services — all provided in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Beyond clinical care, we support the LGBTQIA+ community through education, resources, and advocacy, helping individuals navigate a healthcare system that too often excludes or harms them. For many of our patients, Equality Health Center is one of the only places they can access care free from discrimination, judgment, or fear.
