Description
Red Ribbon Run is a 5K and 1 Mile Children's Activity Relay for the District 7 Community. Runners are encouraged to register and receive a complimentary t-shirt. Medals will be distributed by age categories, and all fun run participants receive a prize. Our 1 Mile Children's Activity Run will take place on the Edwardsville High School track after the 5k, allowing for easy parental supervision. Additionally, volunteers from the high school will be available to entertain children while their parents run the 5k, so the whole family will be able to participate in the festivities!
Our newest addition to the Red Ribbon Run is a color fight that will take place after all 5k participants have completed the run, while the timing results are calculated. We are very excited about this addition and encourage all area families to take part in this fun event!
