I am reaching out to share a personal journey and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact together.
In 2014, I underwent a Medial Lobectomy, which resulted in the removal of over 50% of my right lung. While this presented challenges, it also fueled a renewed sense of purpose in my life. Now, ten years later, I am returning to the world of competitive racing—not just for personal achievement, but to champion a cause close to my heart: raising awareness and funds for organ transplants and donations.
This December, I will be participating in Summit for Life in Aspen, Colorado—a race that not only tests physical endurance but also celebrates the gift of life that organ donation provides. As someone who has firsthand experience with the transformative power of medical intervention, I feel deeply connected to this mission.
