I am proud to be fighting against cancer - Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser.... It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

This is my 15th year, and each year this seems to gain more significance in my life. Cancer has impacted all of us in some way. This year I am riding for a good friend, an outstanding young man (23) named Dorian Grey.  Dorian has an aggressive form of osteosarcoma in his leg (femur), Praise God the cancer has not spread but treatments are ongoing and challenging.   

I ride for him and all of the many family members and friends that are in the battle.
