SUPER RORY is as strong and brave as they come at 4 years old! Rory was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at 2.5 years old, with the help of a grant through the Autism Alliance to afford the diagnostic process and evaluation. We are forever grateful to the Autism Alliance as Rory’s formal diagnosis has opened doors of opportunity and access to resources and support that she would not otherwise have had. Rory has various medical conditions, including clubbed foot and other lower limb issues, but nothing has stopped our determined daughter! Rory has found a love of music and art. Rory loves spending time with her siblings, Lucy and Reid, and her mom & dad. She also LOVES water and playing in it for hours on end! Rory has thrived in her 12:1:1 classroom at North Country Kids and with the constant therapeutic supports of OT, PT, Special Behavior, and Speech and Feeding through Early Intervention since she was two months old.
We are grateful to our local Autism Alliance for the events, resources, and supports that they provide to our community that bridge the gaps for children, teens, adults, and families who have a loved one with the super ability of Autism!
Any donation is appreciated and goes directly back to our community and the continued work of the Autism Alliance.
Thank you for supporting the Autism Alliance of Northeastern NY!
