Our Story

Last year, my mom was diagnosed with ocular melanoma, a rare cancer of the eye. She is currently in remission!!! BUT that doesn't mean I want to stop raising awareness and funds for patient support and research. My mom was able to overcome her condition for the time being, but the cancer may not be gone forever. I participated by myself last year in the Lookin' For A Cure 5k, but this year my amazing boyfriend will be running with me and my badass mom will be walking the course!
