I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. I will be biking 100 miles on 9/22/24 to support cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital. 100% of your donation will go directly towards Siteman and Siteman Kids.
Over the past two years, I had the immense privilege of working as a Patient Care Technician in the Medical Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant floors of the Siteman cancer center. I got to see firsthand how cutting edge research was translated into advancing clinical care. I was also fortunate enough to volunteer at the St. Louis Children's hospital and got to work with some amazing patients and family members. I now attend school at WashU school of medicine and hope to further my involvement with the Siteman cancer center in my professional career.
