Ziggy and I will be participating in the Travis Manion 9/11 5k Ruck for the 3rd time in 2026. We do this to keep the memory alive of all the people who were affected by 9/11. We also more specifically participate to honor the memory of The Man in the Red Bandana, Welles Crowther, and UNC Lacrosse Alumni Ryan Kohart.
