Chipped 5k - Benefiting SAWYER’S RACE FOR RESEARCH

In 2021, Sawyer Burch was diagnosed with a rare metabolic disorder called TFP (Trifunctional Protein Deficiency), which affects the body’s ability to produce energy at the cellular level. Symptoms can be life-threatening, often requiring frequent hospital stays and posing serious risks.

Sawyer’s family has made it their mission to raise awareness and support research for TFP and similar metabolic disorders. Thanks to the generosity of our community, over HALF A MILLION DOLLARS has already been raised!

Now it’s your turn to help! 100% of proceeds go directly to TFP research at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.
