I'm proudly supporting the Semper Fi Fund as a Semper Fi Fund Community Athlete. The Semper Fi Fund is an amazing non profit that assists wounded, critically ill and injured service members who have given so much and are an inspiration to many.
Help me support those who have sacrificed by making a donation. The process is fast, easy, and secure. The Semper Fi Fund has been awarded the highest ratings from watchdog groups: A+ Top Rated Charity from CharityWatch for 7 years, one of only two veteran nonprofits to receive this rating in recent years; and 4 Stars from Charity Navigator, a rating only given to 3% of all charities. They maintain an extremely low overhead - 6% - and provide rapid assistance with no red tape.
For nearly two decades the men and women of the US armed forces have been deploying around the globe to protect our freedom. It is our chance to show that, while the missions they undertake have fallen from the headlines and the risks they take and their commitment to our country have remained unchanged, we will support them and their families.
In 2020 I will be running four races - The Marine Corps 1775, The Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon, The Belleau Woods 8k and culminating with the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington DC - and seeking to raise $5000.00 to support the Semper Fi Fund.
