I’m walking to support survivors of domestic violence and to help create a safer, stronger community for everyone, especially for the next generation. As a parent of two daughters, this cause is deeply personal. I want them, and all children, to grow up in a world where respect, safety, and healthy relationships are the norm, not the exception.
Domestic violence affects people of all ages, backgrounds, and neighborhoods. It can be hidden, but its impact is profound. By participating in this walk, I’m raising awareness, showing support for survivors, and helping fund critical services like emergency shelter, counseling, legal advocacy, and prevention programs.
This isn’t just about one day, it’s about building a future where no one has to live in fear at home. I hope you’ll join me by supporting this walk and standing up for safe, empowered lives.
