The Boston Fire Department relief fund has chosen me to run the Boston marathon with them as a team member, this fall I will be running the Boston marathon, The mission of the relief fund is to make the Boston Fire Department cancer free, the funds that are raised goes directly to the Relief Fund’s Cancer Screening Initiative that subsidizes the cost of cardiovascular and cancer screening tests for members of the Department, I know my Dad is looking down at me proud because he ran the marathon a few times. To be chosen the week of his death anniversary just made things very easy I’m very grateful and excited for this let’s go !!!!!
