As with most things these days, Lift Your Leg is pivoting to protect our community, supporters, and furry friends. Join us for our first ever VIRTUAL Lift Your Leg! Run your 5k or 10k, or walk your 1-mile on your own, and share your photos on SICSA social media using hashtag #LYLatHome.
This year's virtual Lift Your Leg will run from Saturday, May 9th - Saturday, June 6th. Join the SICSA Lift Your Leg-Gone Virtual Facebook group to participate in the fun weekly challenges and play for a weekly prize!
The themes for each week are:
Week One: "Warm Up Week"
Week Two: "Get Active Week"
Week Three: "Strut With Your Pup Week"
Week Four: "Do The Distance Week"
Each week will include a physical challenge that you will complete, while focusing on the theme of the week. Each week will end with a prize!
Registration for the first-ever Virtual Lift Your Leg is FREE, but donations to SICSA’s essential, life-saving mission are welcomed. Participants of the virtual Lift Your Leg 2020 will be invited to a fun-filled after-party, announced on June 6th!
Limited-edition Virtual Lift Your Leg t-shirts may be added to your order for a small fee as well and will be available after the race.
