New Community Outreach (NCO) is a community-based, non-profit organization committed to the greater Bronzeville’s youth and community on the south side of Chicago!

Our commitment is to cultivate restorative, safe spaces consistently so that we can collectively experience healing, reconciliation, and flourishing. Our programs and events aim to do just this in collaboration with our neighbors and partners. 

I have had the honor to work for this organization for six years now, and one thing I love about it is the commitment to creating restorative ecosystems where our humanness and stories are the priority and the foundation for all relationships. Operating from this philosophy, I have been able to experience healing and flourishing with so many of our youth and neighbors.
