Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation honors the courage and sacrifice of our nation’s first responders, military heroes, and their families. Inspired by the belief, “While we have time, let us do good,” the Foundation continues to support those who have given so much in service to others.
My cousin and I come from a family with deep roots in service. Our grandfather dedicated his life to the fire department, and his passion for serving others inspired generations of the Spahn family to pursue careers in the fire service, the military, and other first responder roles. That legacy has given us a lifelong appreciation for the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who put others before themselves.
We’re climbing the Tunnel to Towers Tower Climb to honor those we lost on 9/11, remember the heroes who answered the call, and support this incredible mission.
