Six week program meeting once a week on Tuesdays at a location in Spring Lake/ Wall area at 6 PM starting on Tuesday, May 8, 2018
This is a good intermediate course for those that have already run a 5K and would like to improve their times.
The course will include a combination of some of the following workouts as appropriate to the group: strides, intervals, fartleks, hill repeats, track workouts.
All levels of ability are welcome to participate.
Completion of the course will make you a stronger and faster runner and hopefully set you up to set a personal best.
in our previous class participants reduced their on mile time trial time by an average of 44 seconds.
Starting location of the workouts will vary based on the type of workout that week and will be provided to registered runners a week or two prior to the first meeting. Runs will be in Eastern Monmouth County in Spring Lake – Wall Area.
Cost is $60 for Six Week program
