Hi!
I am taking the Step Up For Mums: 40,000 Step Challenge to benefit the AFE Foundation, a cause that is important to me personally.
I am doing this in memory of our beautiful friend Natalie ‘Nats’. She died in July 2014, aged 35 after suffering an AFE leaving behind two beautiful young children, Chloe and Zac.
She had an incredible energy and spirit, she would light up the room and if you met her, you’d remember her. She was a best friend to so many, we would think how do you have the time. Nats was extremely funny, warm, had the most incredible smile and laugh and a big heart. She really did live her life to the full.
You are sorely missed by so many dear Nats 💛
What is the AFE Foundation?
The Amniotic Fluid Embolism Foundation, a non-profit organization, was established in 2008 to reduce maternal and infant mortality attributed to amniotic fluid embolism while helping those impacted navigate paths forward. Learn more at www.afesupport.org.
