🗓️ Fall Half Marathon training begins August 12, 2023. Does a half marathon sound overwhelming? Join our 5K training group to build your base!
We believe successful running involves good information, consistent effort, accountability and a whole lot of fun! We will prepare you with a training plan tailored to your goals and provide support every step of the way. Plans include daily run assignments, prehab, strength and recovery work delivered through the Final Surge app and have access to an experienced and caring RRCA / Galloway / VDOT certified coach. You will be invited to join our group of supportive runners, The Strong Runners.
We will help you realize that you are stronger mentally and physically than you ever thought you could be! All private coaching clients are welcome to attend all training group workouts and activities.
Our Fall Training Group for the Alpharetta Women's Half Marathon and 5K begins August 12, 2023. We will support and guide you through 12 weeks of training so that you are prepared to start ... and finish your race STRONG! We will build in a few optional tune-up races for our local training group (Team Maggie 5K/10K, ATC 10 Miler, Big Peach Sizzler).
We can help you reach your race goals, whether it’s running your first 5K, or half marathon, setting a PR or just to being a healthier version of YOU! Join us in person every weekend, virtually or a combination of both!
