Progressive, multi-level 12-week program that will prepare you for a July 10K. Many of our runners will participate in the Peachtree Road race on July 4, 2025 and other summer races. Join us for weekly supported long runs on Saturday mornings from fun locations around Alpharetta / Roswell. Progressive 12-week program that will prepare you for a November half marathon. Many of our runners participate in the Alpharetta Women's Half Marathon on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Run clinics, weekly supported long runs. (mostly Saturday mornings), daily workout assignments, pacing guidance, and more. Half Marathon runners should be able to run or run/walk 4-5 miles at the beginning of the program. Our Summer 10K group will prepare you. Register below.

We believe successful running involves good information, consistent effort, accountability and a whole lot of fun! We will prepare you with a training plan tailored to your goals and provide support every step of the way. Privately coached athletes receive daily run assignments, prehab, strength and recovery work delivered through Final Surge. You will have access to a caring and experienced RRCA / Galloway / V.02 certified coach and be welcomed into a group of supportive runners of all abilities and experience levels.
Train with us and you will realize that you are stronger mentally and physically than you ever thought you could be! All private coaching clients are welcome to attend all training group workouts and activities.
