BUT WHY?

In 2020, the F3 men in St. Louis made it their mission to push back the darkness of human trafficking. What started as a virtual 5K turned into a unique weeklong event logging miles together... running, cycling, rucking, walking... whatever.

Men, women and children ages 5 to 95 have joined forces to raise awareness about this issue in our community. In our first five years, 3,893 participants have logged 101,770 miles together, and raised more than $620,000 to help underage survivors at The Covering House. 

In 2021, we set an ambitious goal of 24,901 miles to circle the globe together. After falling short in our first two attempts, we crushed the goal in 2023!

This year... we're going to circle the globe twice!

About The Covering House

The Covering House© provides refuge and restoration, using the least restrictive environment, for sexually exploited and trafficked children and teens, providing safety, dignity, and freedom utilizing top level staffing and oversight. The Covering House offers several pathways for victims of sex trafficking to begin their journey to find refuge and restoration. First, The Covering House offers victims age 13-17 a residential program, designed in a long-term therapeutic home setting. This unique approach allows for group therapy, educational programs, individual counseling and experiential learning. TCH also offers, community based services, including group therapy, tutoring, supportive adults program, etc. TCH needs your help to advance these programs and help more young survivors!

About F3 Gateway

F3 Nation is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Started in 2011 in Charlotte, North Carolina, F3 is now in 48 states with more than 5,400 scheduled workouts a week through the volunteer efforts of men whose lives have been changed by their involvement with the group. F3 Gateway has grown to more than 150 workout locations across the greater St. Louis area regions, including St. Louis, St. Charles, JeffCo, WashMo & So IL.
