We race in honor and celebration of Synovial Sarcoma survivor Courtney "Coco" Neville. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Coco is an actress, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder with a heart of gold. Her organization, Courtney Cares Foundation, was founded in 2023 to support research and survivors of Synovial Sarcoma and other rare diseases. She is adored by her large circle of friends and supporters, inspiring us all to lead with love, live out loud, and always wear the outfit. 

We are grateful to Pittsburgh Cure Sarcoma and Coco's care team who saved her life at UPMC Hillman, including but not limited to Dr. Goodman, Dr. Weiss, and Dr. Burgess.
