We invite you to join and donate to our 5K team in honor of Chloe Ann Polzin's life and her gifts 

When Chloe got her license, she talked with us about becoming an organ and tissue donor. She even saved the thank you letter from the Illinois Secretary of State. After Chloe passed, the Gift of Hope team worked tirelessly to find as many recipients as possible. As healthy as Chloe was at her young age of 21 and the fact that she had universal donor blood type, a recipient was located for all of her organs.  We are so proud of the profound legacy she left in her absence. As a registered organ and tissue donor, she has so far donated her heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, intestines, eyes, and 12 tissue/bone grafts. Over the next few years, we will learn more about her gifts of specialty tissue and bone grafts.  We celebrate Chloe who made the selfless decision to give life and hope to others by saying yes to donation.
