Hello, this is Lilly Ohlsen! I am thrilled to once again partner with Team Sirius in our joint effort to make a difference for those impacted by cancer. Building on the tremendous success of our 'Lillypalooza' fundraising events, which raised money for childhood cancer research and support, Team Sirius and I are proud to unite around a new mission together: supporting STL Cure Sarcoma and the 2026 STL Cure Sarcoma 6K Run/Walk.
STL Cure Sarcoma is an organization committed to advancing sarcoma research, raising awareness, and creating a supportive community for those affected by sarcoma cancers. This cause is deeply personal to me as I continue my battle with osteosarcoma and receive treatment at Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis. Today, my disease is stable and, after going through multiple surgeries and intensive chemotherapy treatments, I am tremendously grateful to be (mostly) back to my normal life. However, living with osteosarcoma means knowing that can change any day, which is why innovative research is so critical for me and for everyone impacted by osteosarcoma and other sarcoma cancers.
By joining us in our support of STL Cure Sarcoma, you are helping advance sarcoma research locally and nationally, including research at the Siteman Cancer Center and research funded by the Sarcoma Strong/MSTS Research Grant, named after STL Cure Sarcoma and funding promising sarcoma research efforts nationally.
