Team Yes is a group of runners, walkers, friends, neighbors, coworkers and some dogs with one goal in mind-Support the families affected by ALS. These families are basically given a death sentence when diagnosed. The struggles and changes they have to make are unimaginable. The strength and courage they have to muster up is surely a challenge. The Emory ALS Center not only provides a clinic for these patients but support for the families that are now caregiver’s. The Emory ALS Center provides patient care to individuals living with ALS and supports their caregivers. The research team oversee ongoing clinical trials and studies with the goal of slowing the progression of ALS and ultimately finding a cure. The Emory ALS Center is part of Emory University, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Direct giving and donations to the Emory ALS Center fund projects that will help improve the health and lives of the patients served by our center, and potentially ALS patients around the world.
