Sweet Walk To Remember

We lost our first baby boy, Jude, in January 2022 to miscarriage and our third baby boy, Theo, to Trisomy 13, a chromosomal disorder incompatible with life outside the womb. He was born August 11th, 2024 and unfortunately passed away not long after birth. Sweet Grace Ministry has been graciously walking alongside us through this difficult journey and providing us with bereavement items as well as grief support.
