I am currently Board VP for the Humane Society of West Michigan and would love for you to join me in support of the animals in need. Each year the Humane Society of West Michigan helps 4,000+ animals - dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, even little piggies - find their "furever" homes. We take transports from the South, where people's attitudes surrounding pet ownership is very different and help nurture many back to health before they are adopted. The HSWM does not euthanize for space and ensures the health and welfare of all animals in its possession. As is the case with many non-profits this year and in this crazy environment we find ourselves in, the Humane Society of West Michigan's revenue stream has been greatly affected and needs your help.

$10 provides a behavioral evaluation for 1 animal
$20 provides microchips for 5 animals ensure proper identification and help unite owners with lost pets post-adoption
$30 provides 1 day of care for 1 animal at HSWM
$50 provides for the spay or neuter of 1 anima
All proceeds from this event benefit animals in need at Humane Society of West Michigan as a 100% donor-funded 501(c)3 nonprofit that promotes the humane treatment and responsible care of animals in West Michigan through education, example, placement, and protection. Our goal for Bark in the Dark is to raise $90,000.
