Bailey has been with RMS since the beginning! She was only 6 years old when things got started but was helping with small tasks. Over the years Bailey has developed many skills that make her a valuable member of the team. She has become a registration and finish line expert!

Bailey began racing at age 6 and competed in all of our youth events. Her favorite race is the Coastal Delaware Running Festival because she gets to travel for the event and spend the whole weeekend at the beach .

The thing Bailey likes best is that she gets to be with her family and help others at the same time.

Bailey has a graduate from Shepherd University with a BS Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Hospitality. She works as an Assistant Banquet Manager for Marriott. She really enjoys the outdoors and helping people in the community.
