Yasmin's Bio
Yasmin is from the DC area and grew up in a family that loved endurance racing, and first joined her mom to do the Race for the Cure 5k at age 9 on the National Mall. Since then, she’s completed the Marine Corps Marathon with her dad at age 17, countless 5k’s, and has recently found a passion for triathlon and long-distance cycling events. A proud Athena triathlete, she’s an advocate for inclusivity in multisport, wellness at every size and also thoroughly enjoys strength training outside of her endurance pursuits. This season she is training for a multi-day ride from New York to DC, a gravel race in Colorado, and her second half-Ironman attempt! Her favorite Racine race is the Luray Triathlon, but she hopes to conquer the hills at Fort Ritchie someday soon!
