I usually run a lot. But this spring I am experiencing some back pain. So I have selected not only running, but also swimming as my challenge. It takes me a long time to run a mile, but it takes even longer to swim one! Nevertheless, I am going to Crush Cancer in August by challenging myself to go the extra mile for Amy's Army of Cancer Warriors.
The race is virtual, but I will be tracking my mileage as I go. 100% of the proceeds will go to VCU Massey Cancer Center to fund life-saving cancer research. Please help fund cures and better treatments by making a donation. Every dollar counts!
